She graduated from the Faculty of Management of Budapest University of Economic Sciences, specialized in Finance as a major and service management as a minor. Since 1994 she has worked in the field of cash flow and payment systems at the MNB. In 1994 she took part in the implementation of the Interbank Clearing System, and of the Unified Invoicing in 1995. As a project leader she coordinated the implementation of the IBAN international accounts system in Hungary, and the adherence to STEP2 small value euro payment system. As a project coordinator she took part in the preparation of the VIBER business specification, in tenders of suppliers and installation of the system. In 2001 she spent three months in the field of payment systems of the European Central Bank. Now she is a leading economic analyst at the Directorate of Financial Infrastructures of the MNB, where, as the supervisor of VIBER, her task is to prepare annual supervision reports, comprehensive supervision assessments twice a year, and to form supervision methods and analyses. In 2013 she took part in the CLS-project for the introduction of forints as an expert. Since 2015 she has been a member of the CLS international supervisory board of financial infrastructures. She is the co-author and editor-in-chief of the MNB’s annual Payment Systems Report.
